Gardens CrossFit Return Policy

At Gardens CrossFit, we want you to love your merchandise! If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help. Below are our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and claims:

Misprints, Damaged, or Defective Items:
If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the item. We’ll cover any claims that are our fault, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages:
For packages lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll assist in resolving the issue.

Returned Items:
If you need to return an item, please note that the return address is set to our third-party printing and shipping facility. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you via email. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

Incorrect Address:
If a shipment is returned to us because of an insufficient address, we’ll need to confirm an updated address with you. You will be responsible for any reshipping costs once we have the correct information.

Unclaimed Shipments:
If an order goes unclaimed, it will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for any reshipping costs, whether it’s sent back to you or directly to the customer.

Orders Not Registered with a Billing Method:
If you haven’t registered a billing method with our third-party printing service, please be aware that returned items due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the shipment will be donated to charity at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items:
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like face masks. If a face mask is returned, it will be discarded.

Returns or Size Exchanges:
We recommend that you or your customers reach out to us before returning an item. Except for customers in Brazil, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. If a customer wishes to return or exchange a product for a different size, the cost of return shipping and the new order will be at your expense. For customers in Brazil, returns due to buyer’s remorse must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item, and the product must be unused.

Important Notes for EU Consumers:
According to EU law, we are unable to accept returns for personalized items or for sealed goods that have been opened for hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
